You define in the configuration which events trigger a message and who receives it. This eliminates many follow-up questions by phone and email.
Customers, contacts and customer references are usually already in your CRM. Via a custom interface, this data flows into LIMES, so your sales team can create demo requests without entering data twice. We agree with you which data is transferred and how the integration is set up.
LIMES is not an add-on feature of a logistics or asset management platform. The software was developed exclusively for demo equipment management and refined through more than 30 years of hands-on experience with demo processes. Yes. In the entry tier, you use LIMES purely as software. You can add operational services such as storage, pre-configuration and delivery to the point of use as needed.
Yes. We develop custom interfaces through which LIMES exchanges data with your CRM or ERP in both directions. This allows you to both send information to your systems and receive it from them, avoiding duplicate data entry.
LIMES is available with a German and English user interface. Emails and automatically generated PDFs are also provided in both languages.
