As part of our premium logistics service, your demo equipment is transported using our state-of-the-art special logistics fleet. Thanks to electric lifting platforms and special protection and restraint systems, even unpackaged high-tech products are always safe on the road with us. Finally, our experienced technicians set up the equipment on site and provide handling instructions if required. On request, you can book a delivery date option for your delivery. This means that we deliver exactly when you want us to - at any time, even on the weekend.
Our standard logistics service takes care of the smooth shipping of your goods with external forwarding agents or parcel service providers. We coordinate all the processes involved: from packaging and shipping to confirmation of receipt - worldwide. With this service package, you also have the option of arranging delivery on the desired date.

Packaging logistics
To ensure that your appliances are optimally protected at all times, we pack and palletize them professionally and appropriately - both for storage and for transport. On request, we can collect the packaging after the goods have been delivered so that it can be disposed of or recycled.
Return logistics
If the loan period expires or you are planning an extensive rollback, we will collect your IT directly from its place of use using state-of-the-art transportation technology. Our technicians then check the returned devices and carry out a secure data erasure.
