Our offer includes a complete all-round service, supported by our core competencies: LIMES software, logistics and financing. We accept the order for your test and loan positions and ensure that the goods arrive at the place of use on time and with the customer-specific configuration.
On request, we can set up the equipment on site and provide an introduction to handling the products. At the end of the loan period, we collect the IT again and subject it to a professional refurbishment so that it is immediately ready for use again.
We store the products safely with us until the next order. If required, we can finance your devices and support you in remarketing them through verified dealers.
Phase 1: Delivery
The demo equipment process starts with the creation of a request. The appropriate products and customers are selected from the demo equipment pool, followed by the loan period and logistics. Once the request has been approved by the supervisor and confirmed by the customer, CDS takes over the order processing and ensures that the equipment is dispatched to the customer on time using its own logistics or via external service providers.
Phase 2: Monitoring
CDS takes over the monitoring during the entire rental process and informs you in good time before the end of the rental period. You can track the current status in real time at any time. At the end of the rental period, you have various options:
- Extend the rental process
- Request collection
- Direct sale of the device to the customer.
Phase 3: Return
Depending on your preferred transportation option, CDS technicians or external service providers will collect the device from your customer at the end of the rental period. The device is then checked in our refurbishment department and stored until the next rental process.
