With the help of standardized measurement and assessment procedures we are able to detect the hardware performance and can compare them according to certain criteria. In this manner we can ensure the performance of the system and detect hardware issues and remove them at the same time.

We will apply the hardware configuration given by the selection of default settings according to the customers‘ request or produce a device based on individual demands as well as software based pre configurations.

Used devices will be professionally refurbished through us. Products which arise from demo loan processes or exhibition events, will be tested qualified, refurbished and refined – including safe file deletion of customer information.

CDS operates nationwide as a certified service partner for worldwide leading manufacturer and repairs Large Format Printer (LFP), Laser printer, inkjet printer, label printer and systems & devices within and out of warranty – in our own maintenance center or directly on-site. For issues with technical devices we offer a handy swap service. You will receive a swap device and we will repair your defect device. Once the repair has been finished, we will either deliver it back to you or we will stock it up in our swap service pool for any other swap.
